Membership
The Forum operates through a formal voting structure and consensus-built bylaws.
Membership includes 25 municipalities, the three counties of Mercer, Somerset, and Middlesex, state agencies, and Transportation Management Associations (TMAs). These are listed below with their current representative(s). The full forum meets periodically to discuss transportation and land use issues, share best practices, and foster regionalism.
